Chippy

Chippy is our elf on the shelf and he works miracles! Like the other day when Ben wouldn't eat dinner and started crying because he only wanted macaroni and cheese. Chippy creeped out from where he had landed for the day and sat on a Christmas present and stared at Ben until he ate all his dinner. Poor Ben ate his dinner while under the steady glare of an elf that holds the fate of his Christmas presents in his hands. Talk about an uncomfortable situation!

Ol' Chippy has been keeping my boys in check for the past month. It's been awesome!

So much!

Ben and Sam have been saying "I love you, Mommy" or "I love you, Daddy"...or Grandma or Grandpa, etc. Today in the car Sam, out of the blue, said "Mommy, I love you so much!". That "so much" meant, well, so much! It melted my heart.
