About time!

Sorry for the delay in posts.  I haven't been taking very many pictures lately and I just didn't have a lot to report.

But, I've been getting some requests for a post so here ya go.

Last week I bought the boys their Halloween costumes at Costco.  They are into super hero's these days so I let them pick out who they wanted to be.

Ben picked Iron Man:

Sam picked Captain America:

If these costumes actually make it to Halloween without being ripped in half first, it will be a small miracle.  Sam takes his Captain America shield with him wherever he goes.   Ben wore his costume to the hardware store on Friday night.  And, I am not kidding you, the kid really believed he was Iron man.  He got so cocky he ran away from us in the store.  He quickly found out that Iron man gets timeouts too.  He was also doing awesome tricks like standing on one foot, running really fast, and putting his hand out in front of him (like Iron man).  Yes, in his little mind he was a big, strong superhero and it was so cute!

Aunt Nancy found this Lighting McQueen racing costume at a garage sale.  Even though it was hot and this thing could double as a snow suit, Ben wouldn't take it off.  It will be interesting to see what he wants to wear come trick-or-treating time.

Ah, boys, it's such a different world and new experience for me everyday!
