The boys went in yesterday for their 9 month well-baby check-up. The doctor said everything looked great! And, I would just like to add I absolutely LOVE their doctor, Dr. Mary Nagy. If anyone is thinking of switching or newly pregnant please consider her. She is at St. Joseph Medical Center and she is the BEST! Yesterday I had no one to help me. The entire time she was in there she held a baby for me and she even helped me get them dressed. Not to mention she has been in the field for a long time and knows everything I ask her. Disclaimer: if you live in the Lees Summit area or are willing to drive to there, of course, I would recommend my brother-in-law and sister-in-law over her - they are the best BEST :) Dr. Bryan or Tracy Philips. I just know that most readers live around me!
Anyway, here are their stats:
Sam:
20lbs 6oz (50th percentile)
Ht: 29 in (75th percentile)
Head: 18 inch (55th percentile)
Ben:
Weight and Head size are the exact same as Sam
Height: 28 inches (50th percentile)
She also said to start giving them different textures so once the baby food I made is gone I will probably just start giving them what we eat or a variation of it. They have done really really well with bits of food and seem to prefer it to the baby food.
