April 5th is a special day that I always remember. Three years ago today my cousin, Jamie, took a pregnancy test that changed our lives and made them better than we ever imagined. The memory of her calling us to tell us the test was positive still gives me butterflies in my stomach. And, her showing up at our doorstep with two Christmas onsies made it even more exciting. I never expected we would actually have two healthy baby boys to fill those come Christmas time! We are even more grateful to her today than we were the day they were born.
And, on that same exact day (it was a Sunday) our good friends Mike and Camille had their own gift from God- their baby girl, Kate!
